About the Role
The role involves leading full-stack development efforts to build and enhance a cloud-based automation platform, focusing on delivering intuitive user experiences and robust backend systems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define solution requirements
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning
- Optimize application performance and reliability
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Contribute to UI/UX improvements based on user feedback
- Monitor system metrics and implement improvements
- Work within agile development cycles
- Help define and refine engineering best practices
