Wolf Games is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Web & AI Game Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural direction for the game platform, ensuring solutions support both current milestones and future growth.
• Transition approved prototypes from early concept to live production by defining technical strategies and overseeing team execution.
• Develop reusable backend systems such as progression tracking, content management workflows, data analytics, and platform-level APIs to streamline development across projects.
• Improve engineering workflows by refining ticketing standards, sprint planning methods, and documentation practices to enhance team coordination.
• Support engineer growth through hands-on code reviews, collaborative coding sessions, system design mentorship, and career guidance.
• Research, test, and advocate for emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development techniques that boost productivity and code quality.
• Work closely with product and creative leads to convert strategic objectives into detailed technical roadmaps, clarifying ambiguous requirements into defined tasks.
• Guide organizational alignment on key technical choices through transparent communication, thorough documentation, and inclusive decision processes.
• Assist in scaling the engineering team by participating in recruitment, candidate assessment, and onboarding of new developers.
