- Deliver expert input on developing hydrogeological conceptual models
- Support execution of water resources and engineering hydrogeology initiatives
- Contribute to bid preparation for internal planning and external submissions to drive business expansion
- Guide junior team members in their professional growth and career progression
- Lead innovation in groundwater data applications and collaboration with modelling specialists
