What You'll Do
- Lead the evolution of existing data pipelines, improving scalability and maintainability.
- Design and deploy new processing workflows to support evolving mapping and routing needs.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate on defining and applying security best practices across data infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Python, Scala, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services including S3, EC2, IAM, EMR, Glue, Athena, or Kinesis.
- Solid command of SQL and understanding of query execution fundamentals.
- Familiarity with distributed computing concepts and large-scale data processing.
- Experience using workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Oozie, or Luigi.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and justify technical choices.
- Resourceful problem-solving approach and a drive to innovate within complex systems.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
