Exadel is looking for a Senior/Lead BI Engineer to design, develop, and perfect operational dashboards using Power BI, providing actionable insights that drive efficiency. In this role, you will take ownership of monitoring ITSM processes and collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and operational visibility.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of designing, developing, and perfecting operational dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on ITSM processes, including Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management, as well as Service Level Management and Availability Management.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Network, and Database teams to ensure dashboards reflect accurate operational data.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement enhancements to reporting frameworks.
- Provide consultative guidance on building frameworks for reporting on Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Availability Management metrics.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational visibility, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in Power BI development, dashboarding, and reporting frameworks.
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes, SLOs, and Availability Management, with an operational mindset.
- Skills in Excel for data manipulation, advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), and integration with Power BI.
- Competency with connecting Power BI to Azure data sources (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake) and managing dataflows.
- Competency in integrating Power BI with AWS data sources (e.g., Amazon RDS, Redshift) using direct connections or APIs.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Cloud, Network, and Database teams.
- Consultative approach, with the ability to proactively identify improvements and guide implementation.
- Ownership mentality and leadership skills, capable of driving end-to-end delivery of operational insights.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
