MLabs is looking for a Senior Web3 Back-end Engineer to design and build the scalable, multichain infrastructure needed to connect and manage assets across various blockchain networks. This high-impact role gives you immense ownership over the most complex and critical aspects of our foundational yield engine.
What You'll Do
- Architect and build a comprehensive multichain yield platform, a key piece of DeFi infrastructure.
- Design and implement robust backend systems to interface directly with various on-chain protocols and smart contracts across multiple networks.
- Own and optimize intricate transaction flows, including secure interaction with RPC nodes, managing state, and ensuring reliable, idempotent on-chain execution.
- Play a key role in defining and implementing the next generation of on-chain yield strategies and products.
- Maintain the highest standards for security, quality, and robustness for all production-grade Web3 systems.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience building and releasing production-grade Web3 backend systems.
- Strong track record of integrating with various protocols and smart contracts, including managing complex transaction flows and seamless RPC node interaction.
- Deep understanding of EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) fundamentals, smart contract best practices, and current industry patterns in DeFi.
- Extensive experience with popular Web3 development and testing tools/libraries such as Tenderly, ethers, viem, or wagmi.
- Strong bias towards action and the ability to work autonomously, thriving in high-ambiguity environments.
- Possess the perseverance to figure out the solution to any complex, previously unsolved technical challenge.

- Prior experience deploying smart contracts to mainnet and various EVM-compatible chains.
