Responsibilities
- Design and build reliable web applications centered on real-time voice communication, chat, and instant notifications.
- Develop well-structured, scalable, and thoroughly tested web applications using modern JavaScript practices and frameworks.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, create designs, and deliver new functionality.
- Implement and maintain real-time communication technologies, including WebRTC, SIP, and associated voice and messaging systems.
- Enhance application performance to support high-quality audio, low latency, and efficient bandwidth consumption.
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and software defects to maintain system stability.
- Take full ownership of features from initial concept through to final deployment.
- Use data and experimentation to guide development decisions and improve user outcomes.
- Release new features to a large-scale user base, enabling immediate and measurable impact.
