Digital Virgo is hiring a MarTech Manager to lead the production and optimization of high-performing landing pages designed for Conversion Rate Optimization. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and margin through flawless technical execution and continuous marketing iteration. In this role, you will organize and grow the local MarTech team, manage workflows with autonomy, and serve as a central interface between regional and group stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Prioritize, plan, and deliver new landing pages, variants, and market adaptations with a fast time-to-market and stable quality.
- Build and maintain a CRO experimentation backlog: hypotheses, variants, success criteria, and an A/B testing calendar.
- Standardize winning UX patterns into reusable templates, components, and QA checklists.
- Guarantee ultra-light, high-performing pages with minimal weight and optimized requests, fully responsive and cross-device.
- Organize code reviews, systematic QA (functional and analytics), post-mortems, and incident follow-ups.
- Stay up-to-date on technical innovations in web performance, operator compatibility, security, and antifraud, and benchmark competitors.
- Design and execute A/B tests at scale, analyze results with the Data team, and industrialize winning variations.
- Continuously optimize copywriting, visual hierarchy, micro-interactions, and payment or consent funnels.
- Build actionable performance dashboards per country, offer, and acquisition source.
- Provide structure and clarity through daily and weekly rituals, objectives, ownership rules, and a definition of done.
- Coach and develop team members on skill progression, peer programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Select and manage external providers when needed for peak workloads, design, or illustrations.
- Act as the daily interface with Advertising, Product, IT, BizOps, and Data teams.
- Provide regular reporting to the Regional Operations Director and the MarTech Director.
What We're Looking For
- An experienced web developer oriented towards CRO and business, able to lead a team and drive iterative delivery.
- 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least three years of proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Proficient in vanilla JS, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, with knowledge of Memcached and API/AJAX calls.
- Strong expertise in web performance optimization across network, rendering, and minimal bundling.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing and analytics (ideally Snowplow) with the ability to interpret acquisition KPIs.
- Pragmatic leadership: sets the pace, makes decisions, documents, and drives alignment.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, results-oriented, and highly autonomous.
