What You'll Do
Design and implement reusable, accessible UI components using React, Tailwind CSS, and Storybook, ensuring consistency across platforms and devices. Develop responsive templates that follow semantic HTML standards and support both brand integrity and user experience goals.
Architect and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks, leveraging Advanced Custom Fields, custom post types, and taxonomies. Use headless patterns when needed by integrating WordPress with React via REST API or GraphQL.
Optimize site performance by improving Core Web Vitals—focusing on LCP, CLS, and INP—through code splitting, caching strategies, and asset delivery enhancements. Apply modern build tools like Webpack and Vite to streamline development workflows.
Enforce security best practices by following OWASP Top 10 guidelines, preventing common vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection. Harden WordPress installations and ensure secure coding standards are maintained across the codebase.
Support technical SEO and AEO objectives by implementing structured data with JSON-LD, managing meta tags, canonicals, robots directives, and XML sitemaps. Ensure content is crawlable and optimized for search and AI-driven answer engines.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers in agile cycles using Git-based workflows. Document architectural decisions, coding standards, and system designs to promote scalability and long-term maintainability.
