About the Role
You will join the Marketing Technology team, operating at the intersection of design, data, and growth. Your work will span multiple products and stakeholders, involving constant testing and iteration of landing pages and homepages. You will maintain a unified design system across brands, produce scroll-stopping ad creatives using AI tools, and ensure all outputs are scalable, consistent, and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve landing pages and homepages for multiple products, prioritizing conversion and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and uphold a scalable design system that ensures visual and functional consistency across all brands and digital experiences.
- Produce and refine visual assets for digital ads, social platforms, and marketing initiatives, including dynamic animations and user-generated content-style materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Technology and various stakeholders, to align design with strategic objectives.

About the role
You'll be joining the Marketing Technology team, working at the intersection of design, data, and growth - but your impact won't stop there. You'll collaborate across multiple stakeholders and products, which means your work will be seen, debated, and shipped at scale. Day to day, you'll design, test, and iterate landing pages and homepages across three products: Tidio, Lyro, and Hubi - with one core question driving every decision. At the same time, you'll expand and maintain a design system that has to work consistently across multiple brands simultaneously, with no compromises and no one-off exceptions without a plan. On top of that, you'll create ad creatives that actually stop the scroll - high-impact animations, UGC-style content, social ads - using AI tools to iterate fast and scale what performs.
