BnBerry is hiring a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join the Hosto.ai product team. You will own the complete user journey for the world's first AI cohost agent, designing experiences that revolutionize vacation rental host operations by bridging complex AI automation with effortless human interaction.

What You'll Do

Engineer conversion-optimized experiences for critical growth funnels like onboarding flows, booking interfaces, and dashboard designs.
Design cross-platform experiences that work flawlessly across web and mobile.
Master AI-powered design workflows using Figma with advanced plugins and AI-assisted prototyping.
Own the complete design lifecycle from user research and competitive analysis through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and post-launch optimization.
Build and scale design systems that maintain consistency across complex vacation rental workflows.
Collaborate directly with engineering using modern handoff processes like Figma MCP for instant design-to-code conversion.
Drive data-informed design decisions by analyzing conversion metrics, user behavior, and revenue impact.
Shape product strategy by working closely with leadership to translate business objectives into user experiences.

What We're Looking For

5+ years product design experience with at least 3 years focused on growth, conversion optimization, and SaaS platforms.
Proven track record of designing for growth with specific examples of interfaces that improved conversion rates, user activation, or revenue metrics.
Advanced Figma mastery including auto-layout, components, variables, and modern collaborative workflows.
Cross-platform design expertise for both web applications and mobile apps, with understanding of responsive design principles.
Data-driven design approach comfortable analyzing user behavior, A/B testing results, and conversion funnels.
Understanding of complex user flows, multi-sided platforms, and business software design patterns.
Growth mindset evaluating every decision through the lens of business impact.
Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale, leading design reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with vacation rental, hospitality, or marketplace platforms.
Understanding of AI/automation user experience design.
Background in conversion rate optimization or growth marketing.
