Responsibilities
- Develop deep customer insights to guide the creation of a leading product experience.
- Design and carry out research projects using interviews, observations, surveys, and usability testing to produce practical findings.
- Combine customer data from multiple sources, align teams around user needs, and inform decisions that influence product direction.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure research supports business objectives.
- Present research outcomes clearly, advocate for users in strategic conversations, and guide non-researchers in customer engagement.
- Help strengthen research standards and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
