About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex product features

- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Facilitate design critiques and team reviews
- Support usability testing and analyze results
- Iterate on designs based on data and user insights
- Document design decisions and patterns
- Mentor junior designers and share best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and tools
- Balance user goals with technical constraints
- Present design work to leadership and partners
- Drive design innovation while maintaining brand alignment
- Improve workflows for efficiency and clarity
