Yopeso Romania SRL is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience for our data-heavy, enterprise-grade products, leveraging established design systems and branding guidelines.

What You'll Do

Lead UX design initiatives from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual comps, style guides, and redline specs.
Understand and improve the end-to-end customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities.
Collaborate with UX researchers, visual designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver excellent user experiences.
Use and contribute to design systems and guidelines.
Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently.
Partner with Accessibility Lead to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
Communicate design decisions clearly across teams.

What We're Looking For

6 years of experience in UX and interface design.
Strong portfolio showcasing full ownership of UX projects with wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro.
Experience using research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Solid grasp of visual design principles: typography, color, grids.
Organized, adaptable, self-starter, and excellent communicator.
