Hive is looking for a Senior UX Designer to design usable and impactful solutions that strengthen the connection between artists, shows, and their fanbase. You will understand customer needs, participate in strategy building, and design easy-to-use solutions for our email & SMS marketing automation platform.

What You'll Do

Be the customer advocate: spend time with customers, learn how they work and think, and spearhead customer research and UX testing activities.
Design great products: lead brainstorms, create wireframes, explore workflows, build prototypes, and craft mockups for new and existing features.
Work cross-functionally: partner with product and engineering to co-lead the Product Pod and work directly with Front End engineers to launch high-quality products.
Own the design backlog and roadmap: navigate tradeoffs and build concrete plans for investing in design systems and navigational changes.
Be part of a tightly knit, dynamic startup team and contribute to the company culture.

What We're Looking For

5+ years as a UX designer on an agile-ish product development team, working from inception to launch on customer-facing features.
Broad UX skillset: generalist capable in many parts of the design lifecycle from research and idea validation to concept development, design, and testing.
Portfolio of representative work that highlights skills as a problem solver.
Ownership and growth mindset to seek out new opportunities while knowing when to invest deeply and when to move fast.
Strong organization skills and ability to work effectively across standard tools: Figma, Linear, Github, Storybook, etc.
AI literacy: know how to use products like Claude, Cursor, Loveable, and have opinions on how AI can make the job faster and better.

Nice to Have

A side skill-set in front end development, copy writing, or research.
Experience in martech or event marketing technology.
