Ameriprise Financial is hiring a Senior UX Content Coordinator to elevate the user experience across our digital channels. You will develop intuitive user journeys that foster client engagement and meet key business objectives.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional UX content experiences by working with Product Owners and Marketing Managers to articulate objectives, determine content, and coordinate resources.
Collaborate robustly with UX and Design teams to provide content-led strategies and optimize user flows.
Translate content strategy into content requirements to meet consumer expectations.

What We're Looking For

High School diploma or GED.
1-3+ years of professional experience in web development teams collaborating with information architects, UX designers, developers, and project managers.
Proficient in UX copywriting with a strong user-focus for buttons, headlines, summaries, and micro-messaging.
Understanding of information architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, and taxonomy.
Experience analyzing and applying information from consumer trends, competitive challenges, and user research.
Familiarity with content management and project collaboration systems.
Superior communication skills, including creating and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience in content strategy, management, creation, writing, and editing.
Financial services or similarly regulated industry experience.
Familiarity with agile project management.
Experience using Figma and creating mobile app content.
