Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business.
- Proficient in underwriting processes; Familiarity with various insurance businesses.
- Expertise in referral areas.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to identify, investigate, and solve problems.
- Ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining customer focus.
- Ability to understand, remember, and apply current technical information to daily tasks.
- Knowledge of insurance plans, riders, benefits, and illustrations.
- Expertise in medical science, technology, and terminology and their impact on health risks.

- 7 or more years of underwriting experience or exposure.
