What You'll Do
Lead the development of unified agent desktops using the Coral Active Reef Framework, creating a cohesive interface that reduces context switching and improves task flow.
Build responsive UI systems that react in real time to telephony and CRM events through Coral’s Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), ensuring the interface stays in sync with live interactions.
Integrate multiple web applications, such as Salesforce and ServiceNow, into a single workspace by leveraging Coral’s orchestration capabilities, enabling seamless data access across platforms.
Design custom widgets that simplify complex workflows, reduce manual input, and support rapid information retrieval in fast-paced contact center environments.
Optimize agent workflows using Coral Composer to map, test, and refine user journeys—minimizing clicks and improving usability through thoughtful interface design.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior UI Developer with direct work in Coral Active environments
- Strong understanding of event-driven frontend systems and real-time data synchronization
- Hands-on integration experience with platforms like Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Coral’s orchestration layer and UI composition tools
- Ability to design for high-efficiency, high-volume operational settings
