Maersk is looking for a Senior Terminal Solution Lead to ensure customer outcomes are met in close collaboration with hub terminals. You will be a key player in our integrator strategy, requiring a holistic understanding of all roles within the port complex.

What You'll Do

Lead the customer and operational experience for your assigned terminal.
Connect customers as per contractual delivery promise in conjunction with Ocean/Feeder fulfilment teams, Area CX & Delivery, GSP, and Terminals.
Be overall accountable for port complex performance (terminal, towage, pilots, agents, etc.) and build relationships to drive value and optimize cost to serve.
Lead execution planning (2-4 weeks) and design planning (3 months) with all teams to secure customer outcomes and asset capabilities.
Lead yard and gate strategy with Area and Fulfilment teams to maintain terminal fluidity and cargo velocity.
Ensure asset turnaround and connections as per specifications, investigating root causes for deviations and adopting preventive measures.
Participate in relevant CMT and lead local coordination with stakeholders (agents, authorities, etc.) during a crisis (port disruption, strike, incident).
Understand customer pain points through the port complex and work with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements.
Support the Area Business Plan in finding growth opportunities in collaboration with the terminal partner.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the industry.
Leading with customer empathy and driving results through others.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Independent decision making in a high pressure environment.
Comfortable with digital and data.
Lean practitioner.
