Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of telecommunications networks
- Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams on integration of new technologies
- Develop technical documentation for network architecture
- Support deployment of wireless and wired communication systems
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across multiple platforms
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage network security protocols within telecom infrastructure
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff
- Participate in lifecycle planning for telecom systems
- Conduct feasibility studies for new equipment and configurations
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and support
- Monitor network capacity and plan for scalability
- Implement redundancy and failover mechanisms
- Support testing and validation of system upgrades
