CSG is seeking a Senior Technical Writer – Documentation Specialist based in Malaysia. You will work closely with our software engineering teams to produce accurate and engaging documentation for developer partners integrating with our platform.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside development teams to produce step-by-step integration procedures and documents defining the data model.
- Translate API functionality into easy-to-follow instructions for writing requests and understanding responses.
- Create upgrade guides, installation guides, security handbooks, and other related documents for operations teams.
- Document the complex platform architecture.
- Guide the rapidly-expanding team on best practices for documentation and documentation-related processes.
What We're Looking For
- Must live in Malaysia.
- Experience working in software engineering and systems integration.
- Experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Familiarity with Open API schemas.
- Ability to make API calls using tools such as Postman and Bruno.
- Familiarity with checking out code using Git and running CLI commands to connect to environments.
- Ability to read and write JSON code at a basic level.
- Ability to develop rapport with software engineering teams and start producing documentation immediately.
- Value precise, direct, and fuss-free language.
- Take a hands-on approach to writing documents by stepping through the user journey.

This is a 100% remote team developing the CSQ Quote & Order platform.
