Responsibilities
- Produce and update straightforward, accessible documentation for software offerings, including user manuals, API references, and instructional content.
- Define and implement a unified content framework to ensure consistency in voice, style, and document templates across all product-related materials.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to gather insights and transform technical information into clear, usable resources.
- Build internal documentation to support onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and knowledge dissemination within the organization.
- Author content optimized for chatbot integration, structuring knowledge base entries for compatibility with conversational AI systems.
- Continuously refine documentation using user feedback, team input, performance metrics, and advancements in AI technology.
- Manage the full documentation technology stack, including platforms like Slab, to create a scalable and efficient publishing workflow.

- Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for Molecule’s software products (e.g., user guides, API references, how-to articles).
- Establish and standardize a content governance model to establish consistent writing style, tone, and templates for all product documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and especially Customer Success to capture new knowledge and convert it into accessible documentation.
- Develop internal documentation to enable clear and effective onboarding experiences, technical support practices, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Write chatbot-ready content, ensuring knowledge base articles are structured and optimized for conversational AI platforms.
- Iterate and evolve documentation based on feedback from users, internal teams, performance analytics, and evolving AI capabilities.
- Own the documentation stack, including tools Slab and others, to establish an efficient and scalable content publication pipeline.
