Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level technical assistance to crane manufacturing partners via remote and on-site support for complex project needs and critical issue resolution.
- Conduct specialized training programs to strengthen technical proficiency among crane builder teams.
- Act as a technical consultant for product and solution inquiries at an advanced level.
- Address and resolve intricate design and operational challenges to support project success.
- Serve as a technical expert throughout project phases when requested by project management teams.
- Plan and coordinate on-site technical collaboration efforts with project managers.
- Lead the setup, testing, and commissioning of advanced smart crane technologies.
- Manage post-commissioning activities focused on system optimization and integration.
- Provide field support during installation and startup to ensure proper wiring, cable management, and integration.
- Support installation teams in assuming commissioning responsibilities through closer technical cooperation.
- Deliver real-time troubleshooting support during crane commissioning for technical teams.
- Work with warranty departments to identify root causes and assist in technical resolution, improving claim efficiency.
- Collaborate with global technical support on urgent crane issues, ensuring coordinated problem-solving.
- Provide on-site expertise during factory testing and product validation stages.
- Offer advanced technical guidance for complex or unusual cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay current with new product developments and features through ongoing training and education.
- Deliver in-depth technical training on electrical and mechanical systems to service and subcontractor teams.
- Perform additional duties as required.
