Alloy Automation is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical support to our customers. You will be responsible for analyzing complex technical issues, driving solutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues
- Analyze logs, error reports, and system behavior to diagnose root causes
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for recurring problems
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex bugs
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior support team members
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software and integration issues
- Strong analytical skills and experience with log analysis and debugging tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
