Alloy Automation was looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer

Alloy Automation is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical support to our customers. You will be responsible for analyzing complex technical issues, driving solutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues
  • Analyze logs, error reports, and system behavior to diagnose root causes
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for recurring problems
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex bugs
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior support team members

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software and integration issues
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with log analysis and debugging tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
