About the Role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to solve highly visible, technical, global, and strategic enterprise cases for Signature Support customers. You will provide proactive support through monitoring, analysis, and tool creation to prevent service disruptions, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Solve highly visible, technical, global and strategic enterprise cases and ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot integration with Salesforce.com APIs, Apex, Visualforce and implementation of Salesforce.com developer products.
  • Understand how Signature Support customers utilize our technology, such as integration points and implementation set-up.
  • Lead the resolution of critical technical issues, providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
  • Provide proactive support, including proactive system and limit monitoring, communications, and deep Splunk analysis.
  • Create definitions for proactive alerts and work with Customer Centric Engineering and Technical Enablement teams on proactive tuning.
  • Build new monitoring and reporting tools, create and improve existing processes and procedures.
  • Develop 'white glove' support practices associated with incident prediction and prevention capabilities.
  • Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline.
  • One (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
  • Special Skill Requirements: Lightning Web Components; Aura Components; VisualForce Pages; Apex; JavaScript; HTML; REST and SOAP API; Apex Triggers; SOQL and SOSL; Flows; Object-oriented principles; Java; Spring; Hibernate; Web development; MySQL; and GIT.
