What You'll Do
Work directly within customer environments—either on-site or remotely—to lead technical integration of automotive display technologies into next-generation vehicles. You'll guide OEM and Tier-1 partners through critical development phases, including APQP and PPAP processes, design validation, and production readiness testing.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues using automotive-grade diagnostic tools, both in lab settings and on prototype vehicles. Maintain clear communication with engineering teams and program managers, delivering regular updates on technical progress and roadblocks to keep development on track.
Ensure display modules are fully compatible with vehicle electrical systems, data networks, and mechanical constraints. Your role will be central in aligning internal capabilities with external requirements, adapting to diverse engineering cultures and workflows.

- Minimum of 5 years in automotive electronics or display technology development
- Proven experience supporting OEM or Tier-1 customers in technical integration roles
- Hands-on background with LCD and OLED display systems used in automotive applications
- Familiarity with OEM development programs (e.g., GM, Ford, Stellantis)
- Working knowledge of automotive quality and validation processes: APQP, PPAP, DV/PV
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical architecture and integration challenges
- Experience in systems engineering or program management roles a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and clear, inclusive communication skills
