Ro is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to own the end-to-end recruitment process for our technical teams. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build robust pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth interview process
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to drive process improvements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing senior-level technical candidates
- Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal partners
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Work Mode
This is a hybrid contract position based in New York, NY. You will be expected to be on-site for a portion of the work week.
