Requirements
- 5+ years leading complex, enterprise-wide technical initiatives end-to-end, spanning multiple functions, systems, and stakeholder groups.
- Technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineers, architects, and security teams.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI and automation within the Project Management domain to elevate delivery quality, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, surfacing risks, and ensuring technical decisions align with business objectives.
- Able to translate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across global, multi-timezone teams in a remote environment.
- Strong execution discipline with proactive risk management.
- Ability to simplify complexity and bring structure to ambiguity.
- Comfortable influencing without formal authority.
- Able to adapt communication to different audiences, anticipate stakeholder reactions, and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
- Exposure to OKR-driven or outcome-based environments.
- Experience contributing to process improvements.
