ATG Europe is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to coordinate people and processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams, gathering technical requirements to shape effective product solutions.

What You'll Do

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and comprehensive project documentation.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, with prompt attention to any risks.
Manage risks, scope changes, and dependencies proactively, documenting with transparency.
Track, measure, and report project performance to stakeholders and leadership.
Design and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting processes.
Work with executive management on regular project prioritisation efforts.
Design and implement prioritisation practices that combine agile and traditional waterfall methodologies.
Lead technical requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, users, and engineering teams.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed solutions and advise on alternatives when necessary.
Participate in backlog grooming, planning, and product roadmap discussions.
Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, APIs, and web technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in technical requirements gathering and translating them into actionable deliverables.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in both UK/EU and US business environments.
Proficiency with PMI waterfall and Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to adapt processes and workflows to suit varied project types and stakeholders.
Must be UK or EU-based with a solid understanding of US business operations and practices.
