About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager to lead impactful programs that empower technical teams across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for designing and managing strategic learning initiatives that elevate the skills of pre-sales engineers, technical account managers, and customer success professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver scalable enablement programs for technical roles across pre- and post-sales functions.
  • Own onboarding initiatives to accelerate time-to-readiness for new hires in technical field roles.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and subject matter experts to translate complex product features into relevant, engaging training content.
  • Create and manage role-based certifications, learning paths, and ongoing readiness plans.
  • Maintain and optimize content in platforms such as LMS, CMS, and lab environments.
  • Lead live workshops and training sessions, incorporating hands-on learning experiences.
  • Track and analyze key enablement metrics, such as ramp time and certification completion rates.
  • Partner with sales enablement to align technical and non-technical field education.
  • Establish feedback loops with field teams to continuously improve enablement relevance and impact.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–8 years of experience in technical enablement, presales engineering, or customer success enablement—ideally within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Deep understanding of the pre-sales and post-sales customer journey in enterprise software contexts.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead enablement programs and onboarding strategies for technical roles.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally to simplify complex technical concepts into digestible training.
  • Proficiency with LMS and lab systems such as Skilljar, LearnUpon, Strigo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills tailored to technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities and experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Background in cybersecurity, IT operations, or infrastructure/SaaS tooling is a plus.

  • Compensation: $170,000–$200,000 + generous equity package.
