About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver initial training on the CathWorks (CWX) platform, including hands-on shadowing, classroom instruction, and support during early clinical use
- Support early-stage rollout of the CWX system by working alongside field sales teams and ensuring implementation activities are documented and reported to regional headquarters
- Deliver ongoing training for current and new users, especially following software or feature updates
- Coach sales representatives during live and demonstration procedures to help them gain certification in system operation
- Assist commercial teams in presenting the product and running demo cases within key customer accounts
- Develop and deliver 'train the trainer' materials to enable hospital teams to independently onboard their staff on CWX technology
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
