This position focuses on uniting art and technology to deliver premium visual experiences in mobile and social casino games. The individual will mentor junior staff, solve technical challenges, and enhance game performance through strong collaboration with design and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and uphold high-quality visual build standards using tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Work with designers and developers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.
- Utilize Unity expertise, especially in Unity UI and Unity Animations, to enhance game functionality.
- Oversee source control and development tools to support efficient and organized workflows.
- Design and implement technical art solutions that balance visual fidelity and performance.
- Contribute technical knowledge and passion to advance product development.
- Guide and support junior artists through mentorship and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with team members to understand and execute their creative vision.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the development cycle.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and adapt to evolving processes.
- Maintain a strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing professional work.
Requirements
- Experience in developing social or mobile games.
- Demonstrated proficiency with 3D software and technical art practices.
- Deep understanding of Unity and the full game development pipeline.
