What You'll Do
Lead technical customer engagements across the Eastern Province, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimization of data resilience platforms. Guide clients through solution design, deployment planning, and post-installation support, delivering clear project roadmaps and status updates. Conduct on-site knowledge transfer sessions and produce detailed technical documentation, including best practices and custom configuration guides.
Evaluate existing environments to recommend improvements in system configuration and performance. Act as a trusted advisor by identifying unmet needs and aligning them with appropriate technical solutions. Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal support teams, streamlining issue resolution and enhancing service delivery. Travel may be required to support project goals and client objectives.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and services
- Professional certification such as VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent
- Project management or service delivery framework experience (e.g., Prince2, ITIL, PMP)
- Degree in a technology-related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Direct experience with core data protection and virtualization platforms, including VMware and Hyper-V
- Familiarity with enterprise storage systems such as EMC, NetApp, HP/3PAR, and Dell
- Working knowledge of networking protocols including Fiber Channel and Ethernet
- Experience supporting mission-critical applications like Exchange, SQL, and Oracle
- Background in cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and modern data management practices
- Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts concurrently
