What You'll Do
- Drive major hiring initiatives by sourcing top talent.
- Screen applicants and manage candidate pipelines.
- Support hiring managers in building high-performing teams.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of 70+ people. The team is primarily based in Croatia, with members in South America, Serbia, and the US. Our product team is mostly in the US, and engineering is in Croatia and Brazil.
