Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Systems Operations Engineer to lead or participate in managing our installed systems and infrastructure. You will be instrumental in increasing system efficiencies and ensuring the highest levels of availability.
What You'll Do
- Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure
- Increase system efficiencies and reduce human intervention time on tasks
- Review and analyze operational support systems and tools to ensure high availability
- Work with vendors and technical personnel for problem resolution
- Lead teams to meet technical deliverables using a solid understanding of process controls
- Collaborate with vendors and personnel to resolve technical issues
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Unix Server Support domain
- Cloud certification
- Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar BI tools
