CloudLinux Inc. is hiring a Senior Support Engineer for our Imunify Specialized Support Team. This remote-only role focuses on resolving the most complex technical escalations while providing mentorship and quality oversight. You will be a key technical leader within our global support organization.

What You'll Do

Handle the most complex escalations within Support, ensuring only issues requiring other departments’ involvement are passed to Specialized Support.
Provide mentorship, training, and support to junior staff to reduce the overall inflow of tickets and escalations.
Create technical documentation and provide quality oversight.
Work with Support Management and other Departments.
Give support to worldwide customers.
Work closely with developers, troubleshooting, bug-fixing, and issue-tracking.
Engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Involve yourself with product development, using your insight into customers’ issues and use cases.

What We're Looking For

A proven track record in technical support.
In-depth knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and services.
Proven experience with web-firewall solutions.
Knowledge of ModSecurity rules and the HTTP protocol.
Experience with RPM-based distributions such as CentOS and Red Hat.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfort with debugging tools such as strace and perf.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Must be well-spoken, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible.
Available between 07:00 and 23:00 UTC+3 (Kyiv time), with flexibility to work different shifts as required.
