Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for a server security platform
- Diagnose and resolve complex software and system-level issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address technical problems
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve bugs
- Document technical issues and solutions in internal systems
- Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes
- Support customers across different time zones
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security threats and mitigation techniques
- Assist in improving support documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in on-call rotations for urgent issue resolution
- Troubleshoot integration issues with third-party software
- Work with quality assurance teams to reproduce reported issues
- Follow structured processes for case management and resolution
- Escalate critical issues according to defined protocols
- Contribute to product improvement suggestions based on customer feedback
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting security software products
- Knowledge of kernel-level debugging and system internals
- Familiarity with Python or PHP scripting
