EX Squared is hiring a Senior Strategic Account Manager to own and nurture our most critical client relationships. You will act as the primary strategic partner for key accounts, ensuring their success and maximizing value.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive growth and retention
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Analyze account performance, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate risks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align internal resources with client objectives
- Manage the full account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level strategic accounts
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding retention and growth targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable plans
- Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment
