Responsibilities
- Detect and resolve bottlenecks in existing tools, APIs, and feedback loops used by product engineers to boost development speed.
- Design, propose, and execute iterative solutions using AI-powered methods to manage broad codebase changes.
- Work hand-in-hand with product engineering teams to forecast and adapt to evolving technical needs.
- Build and sustain scalable services, interfaces, and architectural patterns that empower product development.
- Expand adoption of Kafka and Sidekiq for asynchronous workflows across an increasing number of applications.
- Strengthen asynchronous systems to maintain reliability under high load and diverse operational scenarios.
