Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of scalable backend systems for agent coordination
- Define technical direction for agentic workflows and autonomous decision-making components
- Collaborate with research teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Optimize system reliability, latency, and fault tolerance at scale
- Mentor engineers across multiple teams on best practices and system design
- Drive adoption of secure coding standards and operational resilience
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies relevant to agent-based computing
- Work closely with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Improve observability and monitoring across agent lifecycle management
- Contribute to cross-team technical initiatives and platform-wide standards

- Experience building agent-based or autonomous systems
- Contributions to open-source projects related to AI or distributed computing
- Publications or presentations in systems or AI engineering domains
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
- Background in formal methods or verification for agent behavior
