Role Description We're recruiting a Senior Staff Research Scientist to spearhead scientific innovation across speech and translation model domains. This high-impact, hands-on leadership role requires an individual capable of defining long-term scientific strategies, rapid prototyping, conducting extensive experiments, and driving breakthrough developments into production environments. The successful candidate will work comprehensively across Automatic Speech Recognition, Machine Translation, Text-to-Speech, streaming inference, and expansive speech model landscapes—leading both sequential and emerging end-to-end internationalized speech-translation approaches.
