About the Role

The role involves leading full-stack development efforts to build and enhance a cloud-based automation platform, focusing on delivering intuitive user experiences and robust backend systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define solution requirements
  • Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning
  • Optimize application performance and reliability
  • Support continuous integration and deployment processes
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs
  • Contribute to UI/UX improvements based on user feedback
  • Monitor system metrics and implement improvements
  • Work within agile development cycles
  • Help define and refine engineering best practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading technical projects or mentoring developers
  • Hands-on experience with serverless architectures
  • Knowledge of GraphQL
  • Background in product-centric engineering environments
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
