Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ideas through advanced prototyping, using high-fidelity mockups, functional flows, code, or AI tools to align vision with execution while maintaining design excellence.
- Develop scalable design systems by identifying recurring patterns early and establishing reusable frameworks that ensure consistency across teams and product areas.
- Drive meaningful AI integration by focusing on practical applications that improve exploration speed, documentation quality, workflow efficiency, and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with executives and senior leaders to shape product direction, guide experimentation, resolve cross-functional challenges, and maintain focus on user impact.
- Elevate design standards by mentoring peers at an expert level, refining critique practices, and improving design rituals and playbooks across the organization.
