You will ensure organizational stability by analyzing employee dynamics and fostering constructive labor-management relations.
What You'll Do
- Collect, verify, and analyze information from internal and external networks to produce reports.
- Make quick decisions and take appropriate actions during emergencies, then apply strategic solutions based on root cause analysis.
- Monitor and analyze employee demands, organizational risks, and management records to identify vulnerabilities.
- Develop detailed strategies based on internal diagnostics and external conditions, and plan legal alternatives by applying labor laws to company regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without prior experience.
