Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Experience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows is a must.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI automation environments (experience in conversational AI, RPA, or cloud-based automation is a strong plus).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Native-level proficiency or highly fluent in Polish and English.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, cloud infrastructure, APIs, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with CRM or presales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and related certifications.
- Understanding of NLP, automation workflows, or integration frameworks (REST, GraphQL, etc.).
- Experience in enterprise-scale solution delivery and customer success collaboration.
