Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers. You will help them configure, deploy, and optimize data science products within their complex enterprise environments, blending hands-on technical skills with strong communication to solve real-world challenges and influence product development.

What You'll Do

Partner with customer technical teams to assess infrastructure and provide expert guidance on product architecture and deployment.
Lead technical success planning for key accounts, ensuring product adoption aligns with customer goals and infrastructure capabilities.
Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Sales, Product, and Support teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Identify and escalate technical risks or challenges early to support proactive problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve team processes to enhance productivity, focus, and work-life balance.
Influence product direction by providing customer-driven feedback to product management and engineering teams.
Facilitate technical discussions on complex enterprise IT environments, including Linux system administration and container orchestration.

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience working in enterprise IT environments, particularly with Linux and system administration.
Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including production advantages and trade-offs.
Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Proactive, curious, and self-directed work ethic with a customer-first mindset.
Empathy, humility, and a willingness to acknowledge knowledge gaps while driving solutions.
Experience in technical consulting, customer support, or solutions engineering roles supporting complex software products.
