- Engage in pre-sales discussions with enterprise stakeholders
- Evaluate system performance under real-world conditions
- Coordinate with engineering teams to address client-specific requirements
- Deliver technical training sessions for partners and customers
- Monitor emerging technology trends impacting client environments
- Participate in strategic account planning sessions
- Help define metrics for solution effectiveness
- Troubleshoot integration challenges with third-party systems
- Advocate for customer needs within internal teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates
- Support RFP responses with technical accuracy
