1Password is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise to serve as a strategic technical advisor and trusted partner to our sales team and customers. Your deep technical expertise will elevate sales efficiency and customer engagement by delivering tailored demos and insights that align our capabilities with enterprise challenges.
What You'll Do
- Craft solutions aligning 1Password's capabilities with customer challenges and goals.
- Navigate complex requirements, influence technical stakeholders, and clearly articulate value from discovery to close.
- Help qualify opportunities, define technical success criteria, and drive alignment within deals using frameworks like MEDDPICC.
- Identify opportunities, position the product suite, and ensure proposed solutions meet technical needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Support to strengthen customer-facing resources.
- Mentor peers, sharing knowledge to uplevel technical expertise and soft skills across the Solutions Engineering team.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor/resource within 1Password's Go-to-Market team.
- Proactively scope and recommend tailored technical solutions addressing expressed and unspoken customer needs for Enterprise customers.
- Build strong relationships & deliver technical coaching to Account Executives.
- Provide technical education to customers regarding the 1Password suite of products.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within a B2B environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-product SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, with ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and support closing complex deals.
- Skilled at translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills across sales, product, marketing, and support teams.
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate dynamic customer conversations and requirements.
- High degree of autonomy with ability to manage multiple projects, maintain quality, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to mentor colleagues and share best practices to support team growth.
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC for opportunity qualification and deal progression.
- Familiarity with SaaS, security concepts, and technologies such as SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and AI.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Manager, Solutions Engineering and collaborate closely with the Go-to-Market team.

- USA: $106,000 USD - $144,000 USD annually, commission-eligible.
- Canada: $100,000 CAD - $136,000 CAD annually, commission-eligible.
