About the Role

Job The Senior Solutions Consultant is accountable for comprehensive technical, solution, and competitive dimensions of the sales cycle. Solution Consultants must demonstrate a dual focus on sales strategy and technical expertise. Candidates should showcase proven success engaging Enterprise and Mid Market executives, effectively convincing C-level and director leadership of the software solution's technical merits and business value. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to serve as the critical technical liaison between sales representatives and prospective clients. The consultant will establish primary technical relationships, proactively managing and delivering technical insights to customers through onsite, online, and virtual meeting interactions. Requirements - 5+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience - Proficiency in mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions - Superior interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing capabilities - Advanced skills in discovery, objection resolution, and risk identification - Experience designing, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, including defining and measuring success metrics and timelines - Comprehensive knowledge of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, prompt engineering, and SaaS applications - Exceptional problem-solving abilities, translating business requirements into technical solutions - Outstanding solution scoping capabilities, leveraging existing solutions and influencing product development - Deep understanding of emerging AI technologies and rapid product functionality adaptation - Practical experience with Large Language Models like ChatGPT and Gemini - Customer-centric sales approach, navigating internal and external team conflicts - Clear passion for developing interpersonal relationships - Intellectual curiosity - Growth-oriented mindset - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Willingness to travel up to 40% Other Desirable Skills - Contact center environment experience - Vertical industry expertise - Enterprise software implementation consulting background - Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing - Artificial Intelligence solution development/sales experience - Formal sales training certification - B2B software selling background The US annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) range for this position is $151,000.00-$227,000.00 with a pay mix of 80/20 (base/commission). This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries across all US locations, the offer will be based on job-related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
