As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Ethernet networking, you will play a central role in designing, deploying, and refining scalable network solutions for demanding technical environments. What You'll Do
- Design and implement networking architectures for AI and HPC clusters, ensuring high throughput, low latency, and operational resilience.
- Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Automate network provisioning and configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Salt, and Python to support repeatable, scalable deployments.
- Monitor live systems to assess performance, availability, and health, applying insights to refine and improve network operations.
- Contribute to the full service lifecycle—from design and testing to deployment and post-launch support—while identifying areas for enhancement.
- Provide actionable feedback to development and product teams, including bug reports, workarounds, and recommendations for system improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years in networking roles with solid understanding of TCP/IP, data center topologies, and LAN operations at scale.
- Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting network platforms such as Cumulus Linux, SONiC, IOS, JunosOS, or EOS.
- Strong command of routing and tunneling protocols including BGP, OSPF, EVPN, and VXLAN.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines for network automation and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- A customer-first mindset and the initiative to lead technical discussions independently.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to public cloud networking environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of job schedulers like Slurm or PBS in HPC contexts.
- Familiarity with GPU-accelerated computing and cluster management tools such as BCM (Base Command Manager).
- Relevant certifications in networking or Linux systems.
