TransUnion is hiring a Senior Solution Architect (Sr Consultant, Post-Sale Technical Consulting) for our Global Fraud Solutions group. In this role, you will own the technical relationship with strategic clients, serving as their trusted advisor and subject matter expert for all services and platforms.

What You'll Do

Own the technical relationship with assigned Strategic and Premium clients to support them throughout their partnership.
Provide consultations on solution architecture, onboarding support, and technical troubleshooting.
Lead customer technical engagements across a range of industries, projects, platforms, and solution interfaces.
Collaborate in the development of integration manuals, training materials, and procedures.
Proactively seek ways for the solution architect team to improve its processes to enhance the customer experience.
Provide sales engineering support.
Support all technical needs for clients under your management, giving customers a single point of contact for platform and solution issues.
Support technical escalations as the subject matter expert.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development or a related field.
7+ years of relevant work experience.
Direct experience in product application integrations.
Proven experience as a consultant.
Skills in a variety of web and software development technologies including but not limited to: REST/JSON, HTTP JavaScript, Web Services, XML, HTML5, SQL, PHP, C# and Java.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in diverse customer technical environments.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and challenges; consult with the customer to develop solutions to address these areas.
Demonstrated success in working on multiple projects with competing priorities and delivering high quality software on schedule.
Fraud management or identity and access management experience.
Basic understanding/familiarity with iOS and Android.
Project management experience.
